CardElk d.o.o. built the LoreElk app as a free, ad-supported app with optional paid ad removal. This SERVICE is provided by CardElk d.o.o. at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
LoreElk has no accounts. Your lore totals, settings and match history are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app. We do not collect them.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms & Conditions unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
We do not ask you for personally identifiable information. The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device, such as the advertising ID, IP address, device model and operating system version, for advertising, analytics, crash reporting and purchase validation.

Advertising
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners Meta Audience Network, Liftoff Monetize and Unity Ads. Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent before showing personalised ads; you can change your choice at any time in Settings under Privacy settings. On iOS the app also asks for tracking permission through App Tracking Transparency. Removing ads with a purchase turns the advertising SDKs off entirely.
Purchases
Ad removal is sold as a one-time Lifetime unlock or a weekly subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google process the payment; we never receive your payment details. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and keep track of your ad-free status. It receives the store receipt and a random anonymous identifier, not your name or payment details.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
