LoreElk Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the LoreElk app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by CardElk d.o.o. (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a free, ad-supported app with optional paid ad removal.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Application records the lore that players tap. It does not enforce the rules of Disney Lorcana; in organised play the organiser's rules and the judge's rulings decide. Your settings and match history are stored only on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy, and are deleted when you uninstall the Application. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone; the Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
Ads and In-App Purchases
The free version of the Application shows ads served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Ads can be removed with one of two purchases made through the App Store or Google Play:
- Lifetime: a one-time payment that removes ads permanently for the store account that bought it.
- Weekly: an auto-renewing subscription that removes ads while it is active. It is charged to your store account and renews every week at the price shown in the Application unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Ads return when the subscription ends.
Buying the Lifetime unlock does not cancel an active Weekly subscription. After the purchase the Application opens your store's subscription page so you can cancel it yourself.
Purchases are tied to your store account, not your device; use Restore purchase after a reinstall or on a new device. Payment is processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own policies.

Some functions of the Application, such as ads and purchases, require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access, and you are responsible for any data or roaming charges from your mobile network provider.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application at any time and may require you to install updates to continue using it. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will remain compatible with every operating system version, and may cease providing the Application at any time. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms end and you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device.
Disclaimer
The Application is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Application, including lost data or the outcome of any game or dispute. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
